We all know about climate change. We recognize the reddening charts, the pictures of polar bears floating on ice, and the apocalyptic storylines. And we’ve heard it all from the scientists and environmentalists, politicians and advocates. Today’s experts have been defining climate change by describing tomorrow’s consequences.

Yet somehow that story of climate change hasn’t motivated concerted, collective action in our present day. Perhaps it’s time to find a new way to tell the story. And maybe it’s time for a new generation to tell it.

POCACITO Climate Education empowers students from different age groups to explore and understand climate change and to develop their own action plans.

The curriculum can be adapted to different age groups and available class time.
